In this private one-on-one coaching space, you are gently guided back to yourself. Over the course of three months, we will explore emotional healing, rebuild your self-worth, and reclaim peace—not through pressure, but through presence. Each session is tailored to your energy, your story, and your pace.

Root to Bloom Program Overview

A 12-week one-on-one coaching program designed to help women living with chronic illness reclaim their emotional well-being, rebuild self-worth, and rediscover joy and purpose--even in the midst of pain.

This program offers a blend of gentle coaching convezrsations, intuitive energy work (such as the Emotion Code, somatic awareness, creative expression, and soulful reflection --anchored in compassion and paced to honor the body's rhythms

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • Length: 12 weeks

  • Session format: 45 minute phone sessions

  • Frequency: every two weeks

  • Email support in between sessions

  • Emotion Code session remote : once a month

  • Personalized journal prompts
